Monitor incoming and outgoing calls

The main purpose of CallSpy is to monitor all incoming and outgoing calls that are made through your office telephone switch (PABX). CallSpy stores this information in a database for you to browse later. To learn more about the specifics of the CallSpy system please see the About Links to the left of the page.

How it Works

The CallSpy system takes data straight from your PABX switch at your site and securily transmits this data over the Internet for safe keeping on our servers. When you want to access the data, simply visit this site and select log-in and the data will be ready for use. Your data is securily stored and only you will have access to it, if later you want to designate more people to have access to the data, you can set that up within CallSpy.

Features

CallSpy is much more than just a repository of calls made and received. CallSpy can actually allow you to identify patterns of calls, unnessasry calls and can allow you to trace the call back to the extension it was made on. Also as CallSpy is maintained by us and on our servers, any new features become accessable to all our customers the moment we enable it. No more software upgrades.
